Japan played Australia for their first match in the Rugby World Cup of 2007. The level of play between the two teams are great enough that I didn't expect an upset and I did expect a blowout loss for Japan, but 91-3 still stings. The worst blowout loss I ever suffered from from my short career was 60-3. Three more games to go in the group round, hopefully Japan can pick up their second win ever in RWC competition.
