So scientists are now saying that Al is right. We're choking ourselves on our own fumes. Yet, Tokyo remains a pretty bicycle unfriendly environment. I was just told that bicycle's were not allowed in the office, in the building or on the premises. I guess the landlord got beat up by a bicyle when s/he was growing up.
